Feature Update March 2023
At 46elks, we are constantly working to improve the robustness and functionality of our platform to serve our users better. As part of our ongoing efforts, we are thrilled to announce some new updates now available on our platform. These features have been developed to enhance your experience and give you more value.
New Features
Two-Factor Authentication
46elks is now offering two-factor authentication to help increase the security of your account. This feature is optional, but we highly recommend enabling it for added protection. You can find this feature under account > two-factor authentication.
Customer SMS Lists
We know that keeping track of your customers is essential to your business, which is why we are excited to announce that you can now save lists of customers directly in JustSend. This will allow you to easily access and manage your customer data, saving time and effort. You can find this feature as you log in to JustSend.

Customizable SMS Restrictions
We have developed a new API feature that allows you to customize the restrictions on your SMS traffic. With this feature, you can specify which countries and specific number ranges you want to allow or block traffic towards. This will give you greater control over your SMS traffic and allow you to tailor your restrictions to your specific needs. We will keep you informed when this feature is available, and if you're interested in being part of our beta group, please feel free to contact us.
A note on SMS fraud - we continue to see increased SMS fraud, known as Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT). We have recently released a blog post on the topic, which includes some suggestions on how you can protect your applications. Read more here.Stay connected with our community.
If you would like to meet us and our tech community IRL, we also have a couple of meetup groups you might want to join! The groups we arrange meetups in occasionally are in Stockholm, Hudiksvall and Uppsala. So join our community, and let's grow together!
If you prefer to connect digitally, we've launched a Discord server where you can interact with our community to discuss coding projects, seek support, or share other interesting insights on technology.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, and we hope these updates will help you achieve even greater success. If you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Thank you for being a valued 46elks user. We look forward to continuing to serve you!!
